Hooch is an impressive 70-pound dog, who possesses extraordinary athleticism. Achieving his 4x Grand Master Pointing Retriever title in the APLA just over the age of 2 is a testament to his exceptional skills. Even at 8 weeks old, Hooch showcased a remarkable instinct to point, pointing his very first bird exposure. It seems as though pointing birds is engraved in his DNA, as I cannot recall a single instance where he failed to point a bird. Furthermore, Hooch's retrieving desire is equally strong and unwavering. Surprisingly, he attained his 4xGMPR title without ever being handled on a mark, highlighting his natural aptitude for retrieving. Hooch's training journey was a pleasure, as he displayed a willingness and ease to learn that made the process smooth and enjoyable.

Kate is a remarkable dog whose abilities and dedication never cease to amaze us. Weighing in at 55 pounds, she possesses a lean but strong physique that aids her in excelling at her various tasks. Since the age of 9 weeks, Kate has demonstrated an innate talent for pointing, captivating our attention with her unwavering focus. Her reliability shines through when she is out in the field hunting birds or employed in search operations for narcotics at theme parks and schools. On numerous occasions, we have found ourselves retracing our steps for several hundred yards, only to discover Kate diligently locked up in a perfect point. Her commitment and skill make her an invaluable asset to our team at Lakota Creek Kennels.
